A Chief Magistrates Court sitting in Calabar presided over by Mercy Ene has remanded Denis Odama, a businessman for bullying Cross River Governor, Senator Bassey Otu online.
The Court began sitting at around 3:00PM and after listening to F. Okoi Esq for the prosecution and K. Omang Esq for the defendant, relied on the discretionary powers conferred on her by the Administration of Criminal Justice Law 2016 of the State to remand him.
The Court adjourned until August 19th for report.
