The Cross River State Road Maintenance Agency (CR-ROMA) has extended warm felicitations to the State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 67th birthday.
In a felicitation message issued on behalf of the Agency’s Board, Management, and staff, the Director-General of CR-ROMA, Hon. Christopher Ntui, praised Governor Otu’s visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to high-impact governance across the state.
Describing the milestone as a testament to a life dedicated to purposeful public service, Hon. Ntui declared that Cross River has entered a transformative era of governance and rapid development under the current administration.

“Under your guidance, Cross River State has entered a new epoch of infrastructural renewal, where vision translates into tangible progress across every community,” he stated.
Highlighting the direct impact of the Governor Otu’s administrative support on the state’s transport sector, the Director-General noted that CR-ROMA’s operational capacity has been significantly energized. According to him, this intervention has enabled the agency to rehabilitate crucial roadways, link rural communities with urban commerce centers, and ensure safer passage for commuters across the state.
“Your steadfast backing has energized our operations, enabling us to fortify critical transport networks, bridge commerce between rural and urban centers, and guarantee smoother, safer passage for all Cross Riverians,” the DG added, noting that “every rehabilitated kilometer of road is a gateway to economic expansion and improved livelihoods.”
Hon. Ntui further commended Governor Otu’s dedication to his administration’s “People-First” agenda, offering prayers for sustained divine guidance, good health, and strength as the Governor continues to steer the state toward a prosperous future.
The agency concluded its goodwill message by wishing the Governor peace, joy, and continued success in the years ahead.
