Bulldogs hope midweek victory springboards to SEC success
After defeating Samford at home 9-4 on Tuesday night, MSU looks to use that momentum going into the next Southeastern Conference series that begins Thursday night against the South Carolina Gamecocks.
The Bulldogs of head coach Chris Lemonis handled Arkansas State 16-1 over a week ago but went on to get swept by Vanderbilt at Dudy Noble Field.
Lemonis is looking for a different result now for MSU after beating Samford.
