Prominent traditional rulers, monarchs and dignitaries from across Nigeria and other parts of the world have continued to arrive in Calabar ahead of the Silver Jubilee celebration marking the Divine Coronation of the Universal Monarch, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu.
The event, taking place at the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star World Headquarters in Calabar, is expected to attract thousands of worshippers, admirers and well wishers who have gathered to honour the spiritual leader on the occasion of his 25 years on the throne.
Among the high profile personalities already in attendance is renowned activist and Yoruba leader, Ganiyu Adams, popularly known as Gani Adams. Adams, who holds the prestigious title of Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland and also leads the Oodua Peoples Congress, arrived in Calabar alongside coordinators from Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Enugu and Ebonyi states.

His arrival further highlights the national significance of the celebration, which has drawn the attention of respected leaders, traditional rulers and followers from different parts of the country.
Observers say the gathering reflects the growing influence of the Universal Monarch and the far reaching impact of his spiritual leadership over the past two and a half decades.
The Silver Jubilee celebration is expected to feature a series of activities, including prayers, thanksgiving, goodwill messages and cultural displays in honour of His Holiness.
As more distinguished personalities continue to arrive in Calabar, anticipation remains high for what many have described as a historic and memorable occasion.
