According to police, someone shot into a ride-sharing vehicle on the Near West Side, leaving one man dead and another injured.
According to Chicago police, the men — a 34-year-old passenger and a 31-year-old driver — were stopped at a red light at West Roosevelt Road and South Blue Island Avenue when four individuals in a silver SUV approached them and opened fire.

The driver was declared deceased and the passenger was described in fair condition with gunshot wounds to the legs after the two men were brought to Stroger Hospital.
Police are looking into it, and nobody has been arrested.
