The Anambra State governor wife, Mrs Nonye Soludo, has urged Nigerians to be mindful of what they consumed, warning that health is irreplaceable.

She also called on the people to prioritize and guide their health, noting that health remain greatest wealth in human existence.

Soludo’s advised was contained in her commemoration message signed and issued to Journalists in Awka on Tuesday by her media aide, Daniel Ezeigwe, to mark this year, 2026 World Health Day.

The message read; “As the global community commemorates World Health Day today, it’s important for us to re-examine the impact of our actions on achieving a progressive health society that caters to everyone’s needs. As I always emphasize: health is the greatest wealth. It’s, in fact, the greatest measure of a thriving society.

“Therefore, building a solid health system, one that guarantees inclusion, is an all-time necessity, not a choice. This message is not for the government alone. Of course, it’s expected that the government must take a lead action. But the process demands a collective vision.

“In Anambra State, under the Solution Administration, we see the narrative more uniquely. Here, health is a practical action established on the right intention and in keen priority of the ordinary citizen.

“My NGO, Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo, is also leading an unprecedented crusade that has transformed the overall health consciousness and habits of our people.

“Our state-wide weekly workouts and consistent health education and outreaches have made massive impacts on homes and communities.

“As we celebrate this global event, let’s also remember that health is not a one-off process. It’s a collection of those simple but significant daily actions that define good or bad health.

“Take care of yourself always. Be mindful of what you consume. Health is irreplaceable. Happy World Health Day, the Anambra first lady admonished.”
