The people of Alor, the community of the former Minister of Labour and Productivity, Senator Chris Ngige, in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, has promised to deliver more than 100 percent votes for the All Progressive Congress (APC) House of Representatives candidate for Idemili North/South Federal Constituency, Kingsley Ezekwelu (ESQ) in the 2027 general elections.
They also promised to mobilize votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the area for his reelection.
The community said the bloc votes will come mostly from the overwhelming registered members of the party across the community.
The people gave this assurance during a Thank you rally in the community, organized by the Kingsley Ezekwelu campaign council, held at Saint Charles Anglican Church field Alor on Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

The thank you rally was organized for Alor APC Ward 1 and 2 in the community.
Speaking further during the event, the Alor ward 1 APC chairman, Comrade Nonso Okoye, said that the huge turnout of the party faithful at the event already signalled what the Alor people can offer the central-ruling party in terms of votes at the poll.
According to him, “The voting strength of the Alor people in support of Senator Ngige, whom the unanimously described as the town’s political leader cannot be ignored by any politician and their respective political parties.
The massive turnout at this special event has already pointed to our capabilities to ensure over 100 percent votes for Barrister Kingsley Ezekwelu.
Okoye added that their total support for Ezekwelu, is to show their continued loyalty to Senator Ngige.
Okoye assure that they will commence in earnest door-door mobilization campaign to ensure total victory for Ezekwelu to enable him represent the good people of Idemili North and South Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly Abuja, come January 16th, 2027 general election.
Addressing the crowth, the House of Representative hopeful, promised to run an all-inclusive representation, if given the opportunity to serve.
He informed the people that, he remains the only candidate in the race that has the legislative experience and capacity to attract federal presence to Idemili North and South Federal Constituency.
He also informed the people that he is going to the National Assembly to consolidate on the already built legacies of Senator Chris Ngige.
The Alor ward 2 APC women leader, Lady Ojukwu Rita, in her remark, offered prayers for President Tinubu, Kingsley Ezekwelu, economic prosperity and continued peaceful coexistence in Nigeria.
The event also has in attendance the Anambra State APC Vice Chairman (Central), Chief Anthony, Hon Tony Ezekwelu, members of Kingsley Ezekwelu campaign council, among other party supporters in the community.
