The Cross River Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sworn in Dr Francis Abang Bullem, as the new state chairman following the resignation of Barr. Venatius Ikem.
Dr Bullem is expected to lead the main opposition party in the state to the 2027 general elections.
